We read every message. Sometimes the dog reads them too, though his feedback is mostly delivered by sitting directly on the keyboard. Whatever you’re dealing with — product question, breed-specific recommendation, flagging something we got wrong — send it. We’ll respond.

We’re a small team. Real replies from real people.

Email Use the form — it’s the fastest way to reach us. We check it daily, including weekends (the animals don’t take weekends off and neither do we).
Response Time We typically respond within 2 business days. Breed-specific questions get priority because we know you’re trying to make a decision and the dog is already in the cart.
Location Our testers are distributed across three households in the US — which is how we get climate diversity in our outdoor gear reviews. One team member is in Seattle. The dogs do not enjoy the rain equally.
